About this ebook

Imagine coming face to face with the kind of extreme crime that can only be conceived by a truly evil mind. Acts so powerful that they can scar a whole nation for generations. The perpetrators manage to achieve a level of notoriety only usually afforded to Hollywood icons. In their own twisted imaginations they sit in an Evil Hall of Fame among others of their kind: Ted Bundy, Charles Manson, Andrei Chikatilo all jostling for the top spot. Extreme Evil throws light on the most vicious crimes ever committed, and the turbulent lives of the men and women behind them.

I liked hearing some things that I hadn't heard before, but unfortunately a lot of it I had to later google. It gives very light info on a lot of murders. Most of the accounts are told in the form of the author knowing exactly how everyone acted - including victims. The author is very good at gruesomely fluffing things up to keep your attention. Unfortunately I found Wikipedia more thorough on certain stories than the book itself. Good read though for someone who enjoys learning WHY killers do what they do.

A variety of real life crimes wrote in short. It was an interesting read as I hadn't heard of many of the killers. The section on Despots and Tyrants were a bit boring for me but the section on Child Killers was very interesting and a little bit disturbing.

Kept me intersted for a while but got bored shortly after. Seems like they have crammed to many stories into one book and sacrificed on cases you want to know more about and cut them off sort
