GREAT BOOK, it was able to help answer why I would do certain things, why my mind thinks the way it does and gives tips on how to make simple life tasks that would be easy for others yet daily challenges for us. I felt relief in knowing Alot of my struggles were do to undiagnosed adhd. This book is not a cure all, it helps explain adhd, real life stories, different treatment methods, medications on the market, and tips/checklist to help stay focused, on time and on task. I have bought for others too

This book brought to light the issues I have experienced all throughout my life. I have a better understanding on HOW to cope and have developed strategied to make regular everyday tasks easier to handle. All this time I thought I was crazy or slow or something was definitely WRONG with me. I have clarity NOW. I AM GRATEFUL for the knowing.. Its time for ACTION.
