WELL HUNG is such a blast! We all know that Lauren Blakely is super talented, but with this series, she has struck gold! WELL HUNG features Nick Hammer’s twin brother Wyatt, who is so far the sexiest and more complex of our New York hot guys. Natalie Rhodes is Wyatt’s assistant, and has been eyeing her boss from day one, however one does not sleep with the boss. Wyatt’s predicament is identical to Natalie's, he can hardly think straight when she's around, but he's had some previous dreadful experiences when he got involved with an assistant, so no more. But he likes Natalie, she’s fun, they get along famously, and well, there’s this business trip to Las Vegas, and you know what they say about Vegas, but sometimes your recklessness follows you back home… You’ll never quite look at a rollercoaster the same way, nor a banana stand, nor… but I digress. Wyatt is another delectable book boyfriend, although a tad more neurotic than our previous heroes in this series by the name of? WELL HUNG has some unforgettable sex scenes that will warrant air conditioning even on the coldest winter day! I laughed hysterically, I wanted to slap Wyatt a few times, but still I loved him, and Natalie is simply wonderful. Ms. Blakely is a magician at creating fabulous characters, and at describing cities and living environments: I enjoyed living vicariously in New York and visiting Vegas. The chemistry between Wyatt and Natalie is at volcanic levels, the dialogues are so natural and incredibly funny, and even though Wyatt is a bit of an idiot regarding his involvement with Natalie, it’s understandable, but what is even better is Natalie’s reaction. Does this series have a name? The-Lauren Blakely-series-with-those-yummy-covers? Maybe we could just call it the best contemporary romance series of 2016? Oh, but wait, there will be two books in 2017! At the end of WELL HUNG, there are two fabulous little excerpts, and gentle readers, you don’t want to miss these books either because the fun and sexiness is far from over! I don’t know how Lauren Blakely does it, but those are awesome books, and I love them like crazy! (Even if they didn't have "those covers"! I received a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Once upon a time there was a man, there was woman, and there were some wild speed bumps on the road to their happily-ever-after. Wyatt Hammer, funny guy, dog lover, and owner of WH Carpentry & Construction, and Natalie, his office manager and the person that keeps all of Wyatt's ducks in a row, share lots of things. Office space, love of a good joke, love of super-spicy food...But one thing that they don't share is their feelings for each other. Because Wyatt has learned the hard way that business and pleasure don't mix. But one wild night in Vegas changes things completely, and the line between Wyatt and Natalie is looking mighty blurry... Lauren Blakely continues to do a bang-up job with her series of romantic comedies. BIG ROCK, MISTER O, and, now, WELL HUNG, are funny, sexy, sassy romps of stories, and I am enjoying the heck out of them. I knew when Wyatt first made his appearance in MISTER O that I was going to be a fan. Twin brother of Nate 'Mister O' Hammer, Wyatt runs his remodeling business with the help of Girl Friday extraordinaire Natalie. Wyatt and Natalie have such a great rapport. They enjoy the same things, and are each other's biggest fans. What they also are is extremely attracted to one another, but a series of bad experiences with crazy exes has Wyatt more than a little hesitant to even go there with Natalie. When business takes the two to Las Vegas, though, a night of fun turns into a no-holds-barred night of passion and then some, and finding their way back to the way things were before proves harder to navigate than they'd anticipated. Lauren doesn't hold back in the sexy times department here. I mean, hot. Fan yourself and pour a glass of lemonade hot. But beyond that, it's very apparent that Wyatt and Natalie genuinely like and care about each other, and this just makes their trip to HEA-land that much more heartwarming. WELL HUNG delivers Lauren's signature friends-to-lovers story, with plenty of steamy detours and visits with characters that we've come to know and love from earlier books, and does it so wonderfully well. The usual 5+ stars for Wyatt, Natalie, and their animal sounds. And, having gotten to spend some time with Wyatt's friend Chase, I can't wait for FULL PACKAGE, because I have a feeling that Chase's and Josie's story is going one of my favorite stories yet. FYI, the books mentioned here are all standalones, but why wouldn't you read all of them? Grab them now, thank me later...
