What I admire most about the book is Meredith Wild's ability to tell a story where the female protagonist isn't a neurotic mess flailing about waiting for her prince charming to solve her problems. She has the confidence of a recent Harvard graduate/business owner to handle her business. This comes at great personal cost to her, and she has moments of weakness, but ultimately she owns her destiny. Hardpressed hints at fresh drama for Erica and Blake in the upcoming, Hardline. I can't wait!

After reading the first book of the Hacker Series by Meredith Wild I needed Hardpressed right away, I sat there and read it in under 5 hours. It was filled with action, makes yoou worried for your favorite characters....and of course is very very sexy and steamy.....without being trashy! Once you open the first page of the first book I promise you won't be putting these books down......and you WILL fall in love with author Meredith Wild!!!!

Where to start with this book?! First off I LOVE IT! If you're like me and you're an emotional reader and attach yourself to the characters then prepare to go on an emotional roller coaster!! There are funny parts, sweet good tear jerking parts, heartbreaking moments, and moments that will have you on edge. I love Blake and Erica so much. I think they are so cute and I won't spoil anything but they go through something hard and Blake broke my heart with what he says! And I LOVE the end of this book it made me laugh out loud. ❤️
