About this ebook
Dans tous les pays européens, il est reconnu que la dénutrition hospitalière liée à la maladie atteint un niveau considérable (20-50 %). Afin d'améliorer la situation concernant les pratiques nutritionnelles, un nombre croissant d'initiatives couronnées de succès a été mis en évidence dans toute l'Europe. Il semble donc opportun, pour lutter contre la dénutrition en milieu hospitalier, de combiner l'ensemble de ces expériences. Le présent rapport est le fruit d'une étude entreprise par un groupe ad hoc de l'UE. Il examine les principaux obstacles aux soins nutritionnels en milieu hospitalier et recommande des mesures pour les surmonter.
