This was my first taste of Garth Nix almost 20 years ago and I fell in love. He has a great story telling style, with nice pacing and great characters. This is one I re-read every few years

This is literally my favorite book. I have read so many Garth Nix books and enjoyed every one but this is by far my favorite!

I first read it in middle school. I just read it again 10 years later. Still love it!
