It was an incredible reading and I learned the essence of research is being "open minded" for the sake of saving mankind.

If I ever get sick,I will definitely use the methods described in this book. If I suffer some injury I will see a doctor.

Seems like a great solution to many of our ailments but hard to get around the urine's unpleasant stigma.

About the author

As a young man during WW1, J W Armstrong was diagnosed as suffering from TB. Following two years of unsuccessful medical treatment, he started a course of urine therapy and was cured within two months. Following this success, he was encouraged to set up his own private practice and includes many of his patients' remarkable case studies in this book.
