I love reading about lots of friends or lots of family, but there was so many that it clogged up. Not sure if it was because there was so much going on, it was too much so early on (I had trouble remembering who the main characters were) or just clunky but it almost made me set it down. Now I want to read the others' backstories, but not if the love story is so there. Not sure how I'm feeling about this series yet.

Evan has a lot of history that comes to light in this book, there are old faces in his life that make a reappearance. This book is a second chance book, a second chance at finding love and holding onto that love with everything you have. I have adored this series from the very first book. There is something so refreshing about their lives and the trust that they have in each other. Evan has been badly burnt in the past and his ‘wife’ is lets insert a ‘curse word here’. I felt myself getting angry and feeling annoyed for him. I mean her reasoning is just beyond belief. I rolled my eyes so many times but Paige, my heart loves paige. She’s perfectly imperfect for Evan. She’s loved him on the sidelines for too long and I honestly just rooted for them from the beginning because there is just something so real about these two. The story itself has twists and turns but the mian thing that kept me reading was the family feel. Bella writes rich enticing and addictive books and it is for that reason I will always read her books, always. This book is refreshing and it pulls my book funk out of the black hole I was in. Guaranteed winner for all Bella fans! 5 stars

Irresistible In Love by Bella Andre & Jennifer Skully......What a beautiful story with so much emotion. This story is full of love, family, friendship, deception and lots of heartache. Make sure you have tissues near when reading for happy and sad tears. I fell in love with Evan and Paige's story and enjoyed seeing it unfold. I love the Mavericks this series has been amazing. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
