Third book in the Hardstorm Saga. This last book is my favorite of the three. Throughout these books, the main character, Tera, strives to give peace, healing and understanding to all, but the evil is great and dark. True evil can not be changed by goodness, it must be faced straight on and destroyed if possible. This is a difficult lesson for a sweet tender healer. In many places, I wondered at the naivety, Tera just kept getting smacked with the lies, brutality, underhanded and evil surrounding her. The series is good, this last installment is the best. Excellent reads all.
