About this ebook

No woman gets left behind

Three best friends are going to solve their relationship woes once and for all

“Witty, pacy and joyful, Asking For a Friend is a truly uplifting celebration of friendship” –Beth O’Leary, The Flatshare

Forty-something Jemima’s life is on track – well, sort of, she just needs to bat her troublesome ex away for good.

Twenty-something Meagan is in the midst of her five-phase plan and is nearly ready for phase three: a relationship.

While thirty-something Simi has had more it’s not yous than any I dos.

These best friends decide it’s time to ditch the dating apps and play the love game by their own rules. They’re going to ask people out in real life...but only for each other. What could possibly go wrong?

Comedian Andi Osho’s hilarious and uplifting debut novel features her trademark wit and is perfect for fans of Candice Carty-Williams, Talia Hibbert and Jasmine Guillory.

Jemima and Meagan come running when their best friend Simi goes through yet another bad breakup. They decide all three of them keep failing at relationships because they're choosing the wrong men for themselves. So they decide to choose for each other. Along the way, they realize the problem isn't the men—they're approaching relationships the wrong way. And it's not just affecting their personal lives. It's taking a toll on their careers as well. Can they work through their baggage before past hurts destroy their friendship? This women's fiction is amusing but also dives deep into the psyches of the three heroines. None of them realize how damaged they are—they're convinced that other people are the problem. And at first, that appears to be the case. Over the course of the novel, the author deftly unravels them one by one, until they finally have to admit that they've got work to do on themselves. Well done! Thanks, NetGalley, for the ARC I received. This is my honest and voluntary review.
