Suzie is the daughter of Susanna and William but they are both dead and Francois has raised her as his until her sixteenth birthday. Now in the modern world Suzie is a sixteen year old forevermore living with the vampire couple that saved her the night she transformed. While being able to be in the sun now and go to school she met Andrew and for the first time fell in love. Andrew fell in love with Susie the first time that he saw her but their interesting and exciting romance was filled with intrigue, danger, fighting, miscommunication and self doubt as they tried to work out their feelings. I've read several books written by Lynette Ferreira; she has done a great job at writing a good short story; she is becoming one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of her books.
