About the author

As a child, Hippie Bob was mesmerized by penny candy at the local candy store and all that his twenty-five-cent allowance could buy. His dream of owning a candy store came true with the opening of Riverside Chocolate Factory on March 14, 1986. Having spent half of his conventional working career with McDonalds, he knew full well what Ronald McDonald meant to the children. Offering tours to children at Riverside Chocolate Factory has produced thousands of child ambassadors who happily brought others to this sweet place. Now, as an author of childrens books, he is completing his life story path, as we are all kids in a candy store, are we not? His advice to parents: Inspire your children before releasing them into the world.
