About this ebook

Poetry is an art form that will never die. Poetry at some level is personal; no matter what language it is written in, it coincidently has something to say about specifically your life. Everyone’s journey is different, yet it is the same. Poetry is the bridge that is walked upon many a wanderer, not necessarily to find answers, but to find meaning.

This book is a compilation of poetry in Hindi verse which is a rarity these days. It is difficult to reach the book stacks with publishing houses but thanks to self publishing, it has managed to reach your hands.

The poetry is young, based on common instances and situations that we all encounter in our life times. Relatable themes such as human emotions, relationships, love and the world have been explored in the poems.

Reading this book is like listening to a friend or close relative speak in your drawing room as they tell you their point of view on a certain matter, a casual conversation leading to questions you may not have asked yourself.

This book is a quick and easy read that will paint a vivid imagery of sequences in your thoughts, ones that will linger on gently in your subconscious mind.

About the author

Life was never about one goal or destination, it was purely about the journey. The moments that make you feel something. Whether it is about love or anger, poet Rishabh Talreja always leaves you with a question that you must find the answer to within yourself. Born and raised in New Delhi, Rishabh is a boy who found his peace on the badminton court in his early years as he played in the Indian National Badminton Championships throughout school up-till college.

An alumni of the Hansraj college in Delhi University, Rishabh pursued a course in B.com(hons) soon to realise that none of it was his calling.

After graduating and a solid period of trial and error at jobs of varied vocations, Rishabh decided to take the leap of faith and go to Mumbai to see if anything struck his fancy in the city of dreams.

It is during that period that Rishabh realised his love for films, stories, characters and drama. He began writing his poems on the t.v production sets whenever he got a moment and soon dropped out of that job to become a full time writer.

His poems are relatable, genuine and simple and the beauty lies in the fact that they manage to strum a string in your heart as you give this book a breezy easy read.
