About the author

Educated as a historian at Balliol College Oxford and at Sidney Sussex College Cambridge, England, Christopher Catherwood has taught extensively on both sides of the Atlantic.He has taught at the Institute of Continuing Education at Cambridge University, in England for many years, and the University of Richmond in the USA. In 2002 he also served on Tony Blair's Prime Minister's Strategy Unit.He is the son of Sir Frederick Catherwood (former Vice-President of the European Parliament), and maternal grandson of the preacher Dr. D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones.He is also the author of "Christians, Muslims, and Islamic Rage" and "Why the Nations Rage: Killing in the Name of God."
