The poetry book “A Toddler’s World” is my first edition. I couldnot understand how to write a poem, only I have read the poems in my text books. Many reflections about earth and its creature are coming to my mind. For the first time I tried to write poems in loose papers and then preserved these in my diary as advised by my Parents (Mr.Sanjib Kumar Saharia) and (Ms Mridula Saharia). I offer my heartfelt gratitude to Dr.Amarjyoti Choudhury sir,Former Vice Chancellor of Gauhati University, Former Pro vice chancellor of Tezpur University, Educationist, scientist, actor, reciter, play wright, poet, novelist & orator for his appreciation . I am also grateful to Fr.George Thomas, MSFS, principal of St. Francis de Sales Higher SecondarySchool (SFS), Satgaon, Narengi for his inspiration and the bestwishes. I will remain grateful to Mr. Haren Deka, vice Presedent of Assam Sahitya Sabha, Sipajhar branch for his wishes.My heartiest thanks to grandparents-Sri Kiran ch. I am Prajukta Darshini Saharia. I study in class IV in St. Francis de sales Higher Secondary School(SFS) Satgaon, Narengi, Guwahati. I would like to tell you something about me. I started writing a few lines on different objects around me when I was 8 years old. I showed my writings to my parents. They told me that it was a nice poem. I was surprised to know it. It gave me lots of inspiration. Since then I have been writing poems. Apart from writing poems I love to draw paintings . I secured distinction in preparatory level (three years) from “Tiny Tots”(Rukminigaon) affiliated by Fine Arts & crafts Society, Panbazar, Guwahati. Now I am studying in Diploma first year. I had also participated in “ International drawing competition” organised by International Expo authority Guwahati in 2019 and I was able to win a prize. I am fascinated about singing, dancing,& gardening. In future I want to be a good human being and serve for my nation. Please shower your blessings on me.
