Ratings and reviews

Again the Madison story disappoints in the last few chapters. The story kept me hooked until the....' them pesky kids!' type, disappointing ending. My second Madi story and I think my last; she acts like a petulant teenager most of the time - very irritating. Here's a thought: read it until the last chapter or so, close the book, and make up your own end.

I can honestly say I am not a fan of the Madison Knight series - not quite sure why, probably because I have a problem with the main character. The book is well written & the plotline well thought out, but I just find it hard to believe that a character like Madison would get away with what she does in real life. (Yes, I know it's a novel but the author makes a point that it's very lifelike with regards to police procedure) I much prefer the author's FBI series.
