Karen A.B. Jagoda is Founder and President of E-Voter Institute, a trade association representing Web publishers and political solution providers. Formed in 1999, E-Voter Institute grew out of work on E-Voter 98, a ground -breaking case study measuring the impact of online advertising for political candidates.
