I LOVE this book. It tells us about the scavengers in the book series( A just missed 2) Also, isn't it a fun game to try to figure out what the dragon is saying when wren is figuring it out for us? My only problem is that the ending has a lot of suspense. What happened next? Also, to all the people who give reviews, this is for the legend's book, not for the whole series.

This book takes place in the perspectives of three humans in the Wings of Fire universe in the time of Books 1 through 5. Two characters, Wren and Leaf, were both very interesting and fun to read about. The third protagonist, Ivy, took a while to become interesting though, and she's the reason that this is a four star instead of a five star review. She became very interesting and fun to read about, but it just look a while, and I found myself a little disappointed when I reached a chapter about her, as the chapters cycle between the protagonists. She just couldn't initially match how creatively written the other two protagonists were. I appreciate how (initially) different Wren and Leaf were without making one seem bad for having a different view of dragons. All the characters felt real, and I emotionally care about them. Characterization was, for the most part, on point. I'm disappointed that this is just a Legends book, as it should have become its own series!
