Ratings and reviews

I wasn't a big fan of this story. Even though the writing itself flowed well, I didn't like the characters for the most part. Axe wasn't as bad as Angel. I didn't like Angel, and I'm not a fan of dominatrix. That whole thing really took me out of the story. Also, Angel was all in for all the stuff that goes down between her and Axe, but then she's mad later about what didn't happen. I didn't get her. I felt like the whole secret thing with Axe's parents was resolved too easily. I'm usually a fan of this author's work, but this one wasn't for me. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book.
