I made it no further than the dedication; when I see the phrase "women and men" instead of "men and women," I judge that excuse for an author to be the worst sort of cuck and/or an absolute git ... or Canadian, which is always a vile combination of the two. From that point, he is considered little more than a demented slave to political correctness, and avoid his obviously self-loathing, misandric, and gynocentric drivel from then on as one would a plague ... or a Canadian. Alphabetical is equal, you simp.
