"Vijay Rambhatla is an IT professional with over twenty-seven years’ experience in the industry. Presently working for the Nielsen Company, he is an MBA degree holder from the Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. He has been practicing Heartfulness meditation for over two decades and is also a trainer in the same. Having visited and resided in several countries, including a sixteen-year stint in the US, he developed a passion for writing and a deep interest in studying various cultures and its impact in a team environment—this stemmed from Vijay donning various roles including that of technical leader, team leader, program manager and client manager.
