În introducere, amintesc câteva considerente pentru care în România anului 2016 este obligatoriu precedentul judiciar și de ce aceasta este punctul de pornire al unui proces echitabil. Exemplific modul în care poate fi citat un caz și fac sugestii pentru o indexarea a precedentului, plecând de la termenii comuni utilizați în ECRIS.
