About the author

Minister Ollie Simmons White is a native of Colleton County, located in the lower region of South Carolina. She is the daughter of the late Franklin and Ella Mae Simmons. She graduated from Colleton High School. Minister Ollie White is the mother of 11 children and 20 grandchildren. She is also the Spiritual mother of many who seek her advice on a Regular basis. Minister White accepted Christ in 1968. The Lord placed a higher calling on her in 1981. Since that time she has spoken in other cities and states, such as Waco and San Antonio, Texas, and Ocala, Florida. Minister White was led by God to begin a family support group that meets once a week at her home. She is now the author of a book; an autobiography entitled Against all Odds, Determined to Succeed. God has given Minister White many experiences and the gifts of healing. Her spiritual gift of discernment has led many people to victory in the name of Jesus. Because of this anointed gift, her church family lovingly calls her "Mother Prophetess". Minister White is a member of New Covenant Fellowship Ministries of Green Pond, South Carolina. She serves as a minister in various HELPS Ministries including the Alter and Intercessory Prayer Ministries. Minster White loves to minister to the broken, battered, bruised and the homeless. She is an anointed woman of God who will witness to anybody, anywhere. She is a woman of great faith and walk with God.
