Mindfulness through medutation are proven to be better than meds for anxiety and depression. For anyone who wants to connect to a higher more at peace part of themselves this is for you. Teaches you to live in the moment and paying attention to every detail.

I am reading the hardcopy and finding it super helpful, wondering if the meditations are available to download, currently I am using the CD.
