This book has lots of "fluff", i.e. lots of superfluous information. It takes the writer way to long to get to his point and the entire book can be more accurately summed up in several paragraphs alone. There were many grammatical errors also.

The book seems redundant, it keeps visiting the same methods that can be used to stimulate brain in every chapter could have easily been a effective article than a book.

Some novel deas, and a solid base, unfortunately iterative, 20 minute read,
texture of an outline or literature review at best.
