Intense & gripping seems like an entirely inadequate summation. I know there has to be a bigger word to convey just how much of a effect this book had on me, but it's all I can come up with because this book blew my mind. I was sucked into it's dark & twisted vortex from the very first page. The events of this book repeatedly pushed me to the edge of my limits and sanity on multiple occasions, only to save me from the fall at the very last second. It's a wild, dangerous and dirty ride on a roller-coaster with your seat belt too loose and your eyes frozen open in shock and fear for the duration. Hold on tight!

Just Wow! I always take the "best selling author" title with a pinch of salt. But after reading this book, I have no iota of doubt that the writer is indeed a great author. Suspense, drama, thrills, humor, twists and creativity were all skillfully interwoven to create this amazing story. This is the best mafia romance I've read so far!

Mesmerizing! OMG it ends with a cliffhanger!!! WHAT?!?! Intense, twists & turns, too many for a roller coaster, it's whip lash like a speeding car loosing control & going over a cliff! Rolling with a tremendous force in a galvanized story of a man taking back what is his birthright. His struggles of finding his beloved brothers, attempts at taking over en empire & finding his own heart in a twisted dark love affair! A robust story that lures you in but leaves you gasping for more! Told in multiple characters POV, each character full of a power struggle in their own mind all coming together for this stunning story. The love affair that begins as children becomes a firestone of riveting dark passion. But I wanted more!!!! There is raw, dark moments of gore & violence as the suspense unfolds. Nothing too graphic that you become ill, needing a break or can't read more. You are ultimately transfixed into this ongoing story of brothers taking their lives back.
