Of all the deliveries Clayton Brown has received from women, a baby was never one of them, until now. Unless he wants to be a single dad, he needs to find the ex-girlfriend who gave her away. Starlight Ridge isn’t like the New Yorker’s he’s used to and neither is his ex-‘s family. So many helpful people. So many smiles. Is this a cult? It’s a wonderful series starter. Clayton is likable and relatable. The Merry Dads were funny but easy to feel sorry for. I see great future possibilities.

Clayton got the surprise of a lifetime when he entered his office to find a baby waiting for him along with a letter from his ex. Going to her hometown was a rewarding experience because he noy only met her parents but the sister that he was drawn to immediately. The town of Starlight Ridge is a community that cares about each other and embraced Clayton and his daughter. About the author

Kat Bellemore is a small town romance and cozy mystery author. Deciding to have New Mexico as the setting for two of her series was an easy choice, considering its amazing sunsets, blue skies and tasty green chile. That, and she currently lives there with her husband and two cute kids. They hope to one day add a dog to the family, but for now, the native animals of the desert will have to do.
