Life can be a conscious voyage on the sea of dreams, surfing the waves of love. This book is a response to the calling of my soul, who longed to tell her story which might inspire people to open up to live their story according to their own inner wisdom. Our soul keeps us constantly connected to the Source, and you might already have your preferred way of communicating with it. Whether through prayer, meditation, dreaming, or by listening to intuition, body awareness, breath flow, the language of nature, or the magic of synchronicity, everyone has access to their guidance within. We all carry a unique gift we have come here to develop and that makes each being an original work of art. While we live, we are fully responsible for our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual condition. We were born into a specific body and background, potentially aware of how on a deeper level everything is interconnected – at the level of body, soul, humanity, our planet and the universe at large.

Creating this book has become a three-year journey of healing, self-acceptance and increasing awareness of the uniqueness of my own journey. Where is the place on Earth where I am supposed to be? I asked myself a few years ago. During that time, my natural desire to grow my awareness on the path to mastery in being myself attracted many kindred spirits who whom we support each other. We enjoy being and living this mystery together.

The dream of our soul holds the idea of what it wants to experience and create for ages and across lifetimes. The task of our human self is to open up to this big dream of the soul and allow it to reconcile anything that is not aligned with this great soul’s intent in our current life.

Each of us moves within the flow of life as an endless experiment. Collectively, we are on Earth in the middle of a war for our consciousness and energy. The only way out of the chaos is through higher vibrational states of being such as love, peace and joy. It all starts with our thoughts, emotions, words and actions. Let’s not wait for any savior to tell us what to do. Instead, let’s turn inward. To the truth about the light of the Source, which is our essence. Let’s anchor in the awareness that we are love and thus allow our body to radiate it in the form of light outside of us.

A few years ago, I had a dream in which I was presented with a list of values that will be fundamental on Earth in the future. I missed humanity among them. Our soul, heart, empathy and humanness, these qualities are now needed more than ever before. As the old structures of the outside world fall apart and we are seemingly constrained by restrictions, we are presented a life chance to immerse ourselves inside and by consciously sailing the endless sea of dreams on the waves of love, to return to our essence, which is crystal clear love. Only when we harmonize within may the outside world change. The game we play here therefore begins and ends inside each of us.

Her business and leadership world coalesced with the gift of lucid dreaming, something Jana developed as a child and which she has continued to hone, also by completing a 3-year Active Dreaming program with Robert Moss. Her lifelong hobby of dreaming was the foundation upon which she fulfilled her desire to become a Dream coach. Jana leads public events, residential retreats, and online dreaming circles. Kristyna is a Czech artist, producer, and filmmaker based in the UK. In her art, she combines space design, video production, exploration of light, texture, performance, and other means of contemporary storytelling. The main focus of her work is interaction and human behavior in relation to the external world.
