About this ebook

Princess Kumithra has lived a life of lies and awakens believing the day of her fairytale wedding has arrived. She is ready to marry her savior and hero Rarailmuir. Who saved her heroically in her youth and became the champion who stole her heart and slain a dragon. All goes well aside from the amusements of those nearest to her. She was going to have her fantasy fulfilled never aware of the problems of her kingdom. Suddenly darkness covers the island kingdom of Yoranthium and a legend of epic proportions unfolds. As the sky, land, and waters become a battleground of the heavenly cosmos and the deep dark hellish abyss in the seas of the world of Ishormot. Time falls to the wayside as temporal incursions caused by technology, mages, magics, demon witches, and spirits, have erased and changed kingdoms overnight. Plans of demons and cosmic horrors unfold and lives are lost in terrible tragedy. The once admired and mighty tropical idyllic kingdom of Yoranthium falls. The last light and bastion a beacon of hope and peace. The last hope for refugees fleeing oppression and wars caused by the nightmare of a cruel and evil world. A world that has been corrupted and falling into darkness. All Hope is Lost as many lives are lost and this story has just begun.

Yoranthium Book One: Lost Hope is only the beginning of the series and a fast paced novel. There are other titles in this slated twenty book series as it's not just a world it moves beyond just some kingdoms that are explored. Aspects like Heaven, the deep dark abyss, an epic conflict of Angels and Demons unfold and mystical creatures such as Dragons, Mechanations, Yagrallmagrunds, Riarcks, Archangels, Eight Demons and the One Evil, of their God to be born, Impundalu, Altered Faefolken, Faefolken of the Dawn, and the vulnerable Elfaefolken get explored. How nature has a plan to deal with corruption and heal not only the world of Ishormot but other worlds in the Cosmos. A cosmic tale that ponders ideas of fancy on the meaning of space exploration. Delving into the very nature of the soul and DNA. Touching upon modern political spectrum. Time falls to the wayside and the Past Future interacts via Incursions with the Future Past. This series explores a wide range of thoughts and ideas in philosophy, ethics, morals, theology, mythology, Gothic Horror, including the yucky stuff (Romance) and so much more. All carefully in guise as stories and simple tales of an ever expanding world that is astonishing. A soft yet ridged Magics system that is comparable to Technology and Science with of course mumbo jumbo Mystical powers and lore. As Love and Hart is at the core of the only real power our hero's have against overwhelming odds of survival. I the Author have spent a life time in research and development for this epic tale. Traveling the world, always reading and learning and had lived in Japan and getting parking tickets in Perth. Just to pursue my need to study the world and visit museums and historical sights around the globe. It's about time I write this incredible story of Fantasy based on reality. It reads Fiction but if you see beyond the words you will find a deeper meaning in a simple story. Yoranthium could be considered a world healing book of our time.

His writing began in Elementary schools with a character he developed through a club he created called the Eagles. The character of his first cartoons was Widdle while studying the fascinating Greek, Mongolia, and Japanese cultures. For a time in middle school he studied the fine art of famous magazines at the time called, Mad Magazine, Dark Crystal, and imitated the artwork styling of that and many other styles found in magazines like Starlog, Fantagoria, and a long list of fantasy and science fiction titles.

Continued writing in High School and wrote his short story, “The Dragon and I.” Along with other titles due to his interests in theater and active participation with Mile Hi Conventions for Sci-Fi Fantasy writers. Joining the literary creative group the Dream Buccaneers led by Captain Brian, Na nook of the North, and Snide Snoodles a space alien rock n roll guitarist sporting a Mohawk hair style with large black luminous eyes and no nose or mouth. He was known in story to destroy enemy spacecraft using his death rock. (Dream Buccaneers use to meet at the Eagles and became defunct after a few fun years. With newsletters and it’s own books.)

Rumors were created in Homeland Security that Mark P. Bromley rewrote their Standard Operating Procedures that was entirely and completely false an envious co-worker made that up. Although the author did help rewrite some incorrect technical publications in the US Navy while assigned to the commands confidential and secret clearance Technical Library. I also participated in historical events. Like presidential visits, secretary of defense visits, and the funeral for Mr. Navy who facilitated the inclusion of US Naval forces into Yokosuka, Japan as per the WWII treaty. Attended the first Noh Play on the hanger deck of the USS Independence, Yokosuka, Japan.

I served forward deployed to Japan in the US Navy on the Flight deck of the USS Independence and the USS Kitty hawk Aircraft carriers and Battle group in the Pacific Rim. I married my wife from Hiroshima, Japan and had a child. Lived in Yokosuka, Tokyo, Yokohama, and Hiroshima Japan for several years and traveled the lands of the rising sun. With an international drivers license making good use of the Nations roads he would be visiting all over the Pacific Rim. Traveled extensively visiting lands like Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Kula Lumpur, Micronesia, the middle east, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain (reading a book on the silk trade route by a Bahrain writer), United Arab Emirates, and Australia both coasts and the high seas on the southern side. I have traveled the world extensively in the study of cultures. With parking ticket in Perth as a highlight of my misadventures. Which I paid by going to the government office.

Learning from the people, I picked up some ability to speak and read Japanese. Visited many shrines, temples, museums, and cultural centers. Studied the ways of Bushido and Musashi along with books I purchased in Japanese during my travels. While providing shore duty patrols of high risk and dangerous areas next to the Naval facilities. Worked with many different officials in international and state affairs. His wife and her cousin are the ones who visited France and introduced me to cultures of Europe that they had discovered. One of Mark P. Bromley’s friends, a published author, visited Scotland. Introducing me to UK table top games. Having a visiting friend as a foreign exchange student, Magnus, from Sweden introduced him to Kafka and Dostoevsky along with a long list of psychological discovery books and worldly wisdoms. Some of these entertaining wisdoms where the fan fiction known as Socialism and Communism. I the author concluded that form of fiction government is satire and delusional fantasy and only produce waste and government dysfunction of a hidden Monarchy and Aristocracy. As we see the war Russia started with Ukraine and China being dumb on the Pacific Rim.

Let’s face it. Mark P. Bromley is very cool. Lived and extraordinary life, for having been born into poverty in the USA with his first job beginning at age four with helping to distribute the Denver Post and Rocky Mountain News papers in his community. He also plays the Viola and was a first chair. He could write books on his experience but wants to do the fantasy science fiction book series of Yoranthium first. As a college developed leader and socialite he managed to rise in a social Fraternity/Sorority to master interpersonal relations internationally with a wide range of foreign dignitaries and comparable officials of state and international business. Worked in Aviation and even built ships for the US Navy and Military Sea Lift Command in California.

Mark and his wife and child once lived in Moab, Utah for some time. Becoming in contact with the nature of the world and the area revived his artistic talent. As him and his wife created a beautiful life and participated in activities with the local peoples down by Monument valley, Arches and Canyonlands down into Arizona.

It was a magical time for them. As he read children’s books to his son like the entire collection of Thomas the Tank Engine, Momo Taro and many other titles.

Yet sadly evil does fill this world and that evil became envious of the art of a beautiful family. The art they created looked nice and many thought they where showing too much wealth. Fact is we were poor and its really amazing what nature and two artists are really capable of on a pension that by standards in the USA is poverty level. Some of what happened is in the book. That way you could understand how an author like Mark P. Bromley began in poverty ended up back in poverty.

Why not write the novel Yoranthium book series. Writing this book got me back to creating art and turned me into an Author with his first real book. I hope you like it enough to encourage me to make more and complete a twenty book series.

I do hope you like Yoranthium Book One: Lost Hope.
