Google incorrectly sent me 2 tablets when I only ordered one and approved payment for one. It took many hours on the phone and internet, before I could get someone to give me the correct advice on how to return the extra tablet. It was a Fedex person who helped me first, not Google. Despite the tablet having been received by Google's Hong Kong office on 26 September, they still have not creditted my credit card. Mastercard has told me that I'm not the only person this happened to - so beware when ordering on the Google site. 12 October Google has still not returned the money they took from me in an unauthorised transaction. I shall keep you all updated, until my money is returned to me by Google. I believe that everyone should beware of dealing with Google, on their internet site

Tablet won't charge or accept videos even when converted using recommended tool that lists this specific device. Also, instructions in guide seem easy until you try to apply them within tablet. Very difficult to use. Screen is clear and picture bright. Too bad it is so difficult to use and manage. Spoiled by iPad. This tablet is taking two large steps back from iPad. Considering returning this and getting 2nd iPad for daughter. Learning curve too irritating.

Like others, this is a review of the tablet rather than the manual. I love the size and interface but it is incredibly slow. Speed test shows me getting just under 10 Mb/s on this compared with 11 on my laptops and iPad. However actually downloading files or displaying emails takes at least five times as long. Also, if it is multi-tasking why does it cancel a download just because I check my email. On screen keyboard is way better than on the iPad.
