Excellent book. I listened to it on audio, but bought the book as well to outline some specifics about practice and on parenting. It brings a more engaged proactive role into parenting and guiding your children to develop specific talents.

This book can be summed up by the following sentence: Quit using genes as an excuse for failures,and try harder.
