Isis Estrada’s professional pursuits encompass the roles of author, instructor, translator, and therapist. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree obtained from the University of Minnesota in the United States of America, as well as a Master of Arts degree in psychology earned from Universidad Antonio de Nebrija in Spain. Throughout her career, she has held academic positions at various universities in Mexico. Presently, she serves as the co-director of the Holos Arts Project and the Center of Alternative Therapies - Mystic Path. In addition to her diverse range of activities, Estrada has authored numerous books delving into the realms of psychology, spirituality, mysticism, and the arts.
Holos Arts Project is a group dedicated to the formation, creation and dissemination of art in its different manifestations. They consider art as the expression that transforms the lived experience into history, offering possibilities of reflection, innovation and human evolution. Holos Arts Project produces books, music, photography and podcasts on various topics related to art, spirituality and psychology. It is directed by Isis Estrada and Carlos Robles Cruz.
