This book provides readers with a fast get-down-to-it look at what a narcissist/sociopath is, what one of these predators does and it gives readers some basic nutshell advice that is surprisingly hard to come by. A must read for victims and prospective victims alike whether not yet captured by a narcissist/sociopath or already captured and beginning to figure out, perhaps, that as a victim or prospective victim you may be in trouble. If you have been a victim of an abusive relationship.. THIS IS A MUST READ.. The Bible of identifying abusers and how to steer clear. I was in a relationship with a sociopath woman, but failed to relise it because we're not taught that these evil demons exist amongst us. As I read this I had ah ha ' and OMG moments on nearly every page. I was lead to believe was love and a life of bliss was actually a dungeon of horrors filled with lieing, cheating, screaming, smear campaigns, pure evil hell.

I found myself in a very confusing life threatening relationship and couldn't make heads or tails what was going on. This book explained everything I couldn't understand. It's a must for anyone in a relationship with a naropath, etc.. It gave me perspective and the ability to take ownership of myself again. If you need help,read this book and reach out for support. It's out there.
