Ratings and reviews

I normally love the Qurillxen novels but this one did not sit right with me. I did not enjoy the female Tori, she seemed just too 'easy'. That said the writing style was good and the characters well defined. Also there was plenty of humour which did lift it. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Another enjoyable story that was fun, hot and spicy and had a little action in it as well. I like this author's writing style, her characters are always entertaining although I'm not so sure though about how Quinn's behaviour, trapping Tori in his quarters by burning all her clothes would go down with most strong and independent women. Especially after Tori had already been trapped in their quarters for three weeks, then to be told he wants 16 sons, I know I'd be running for the hills!

I really enjoyed this story. I loved the characters in the first book and this book was no different. Quinn and Doctor Elliot had an interesting relationship. They both felt drawn to each other but each tried to deny that fact and said they were only lovers. Both thought the other didn't feel anything for them but just wanted to steamy moments that they had together. I thought the drama and conflict in this story was better than the first but the first book was a little bit more steamy. I can't wait to read the other prince's books and find out who they find as their own mate! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
