It was an enjoyable read with just enough romance to get me excited, but not the vulgarity of a trashy novel. The ending was predictable but exactly the one I wanted to read!

Great story. Well written. I was a bit frustrated with the heroine though. She got it right in the end but I found her lacking backbone and felt she should have been smarter.

I enjoyed reading about this really dumb woman who wouldn't break a promise to her dead husband that she didn't truly love, but DID break a promise to a woman who treated her like a daughter. I just don't get it. But this was a hard book to put down.
