About the author

Sheikh Abdul Qadir (1909 to1966) was a Khatri Hindu before accepting Ahmadiyyat at the tender age of fifteen. He dedicated his life to Islam and graduated from the newly established Ahmadiyya Missionary School in Qadian, India. He served as an exemplary Ahmadi Muslim missionary throughout his life in Karachi, Faisalabad (Lyallpur), Sheikhupura, Sargodha, and Lahore.

He also authored several biographies (Hayat-e-Tayyibah, Hayat-e-Nur, and Hayat-e-Bashir) and the history of the Lahore Ahmadiyya Muslim Community (Tarikh-e-Ahmadiyyat).
