About this ebook

Forgiveness is the hardest battle—and the sweetest victory.

Colette Thomas never stopped loving Casey—even after heartbreak ended their marriage a decade ago. Now fate (and a little help from meddling friends) strands them together at a rustic mountain resort. Sharing a one-bedroom cabin wasn’t part of the plan... especially not with the man whose memory she’s spent ten years trying to forget.

Master-at-Arms Casey Thomas thought he’d buried the past—until Colette crashes into his carefully guarded world once again. Forced to confront old wounds and lingering regrets, Casey and Colette must decide if their love deserves a second chance—or if too much damage has already been done.

With forgiveness, laughter, and a love that refuses to die, they just might find that the hardest battles lead to the sweetest homecomings.

Perfect for fans of second chances, stubborn hearts, and swoon-worthy military heroes.

This was a sweet second chance read. I really enjoy this book from a new author. I just wished Casey and Colette hadn’t waited so long to reconcile but being older probably helped them make better decisions this time around.
