This volume cumulates five yearly issues of the Bibliography of Latin American Bibliographies, published by the Seminar on the Acquisition of Latin American Library Materials (SALALM). Organized by subject areas pertaining to the humanities and social sciences, it lists bibliographies on Latin American and Caribbean topics published during the period as monographs and articles in journals and periodicals.

About the author

Lionel V. Loro~na (AB, UCLA; MLS, Berkely) held various positions within the Research Libraries of the New York Public Library during a 25-year career before retiring. While at the NYPL he served as selection officer for Latin American materials in the humanities. For ten years he has been Compiler/Editor of SALALM's annual Bibliography of Latin American Bibliographies.
