About this ebook

In this book, Min Bae tries to suggest a new perspective of human nature and explain human behaviour through a physiological and psychological analysis. To this end, he examins individuals’ behaviours and mind-sets as revealed in human nature and scrutinizes various processes of social interaction. In the analysis, he uses two conceptual tools, the notions of individualism and collectivism as types of predispositional strategies, and the biological market from the perspective of sociobiology. Lastly, he speculats about individualism and collectivism in a historical sense, mainly dealing with their political aspects.
