Readers if you read the start to this series and decided not to read after more that very short start, do yourself a favor and grab this book. I loved this book and the characters we get to learn more about. This book is centered around Emma, who was blinded in an accident when she was a teenager, and Ian, who was recently blinded after rescuing a young woman from kidnappers. He’s understandably angry and doesn’t know how to deal. Emma has had many years to get accustomed to being blind and

Very well written and very interesting story line. I enjoyed the way the author addressed disabilities and strengths especially how she depicted the main female character as strong and independent yet open. As a man, a veteran and working with those who have challenges, this was a good read.

I just couldn't put this book down once I started reading it. I read ALOT. I try to find something different when reading a new book written by a new author I haven't read any book by yet. This book fits my definition of the perfect book. The author pulled me into her story n kept me there. I laughed, I cried when the main character had to put her dog to sleep, n my service dog kissed away my tears. I look forward to reading more from this author. Loved this book. Trena
