Brie Jamenson, as a pack submissive knows that her strength is her heart not her claws but mating with a pack alpha could have deadly consequences and the reader gets drawn into the story as Brie takes a stand to do what she must pack traditions put Gideon’s between a rock and a hard place. Brie’s character is stronger than everyone thinks and really captures the heart as she proves to everyone that being submissive does not mean weak while there is plenty of red hot sizzling passion between them the relationship will take a little work as they have to get to know each other and overcome preconceived ideas. These strong captivating characters grab the reader’s attention and the fast paced and smooth flowing plot keeps reader’s on their toes with lots of suspense, excitement and romance. There is never a dull moment as the pack members have problems with the mating but also there are some dangerous enemies inside the pack that endangers everyone as they have a diabolical agenda that Gideon and his family will have to uncover if they hope to survive.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it ends on a cliffhanger! The characters and the story were very good. Some readers won't or can't spend $5.99 on the next books. Even though I really liked the book and the author, I won't finish the rest of the series. Great book though.

This book will keep you on the edge! The Talon wolf pack has had so much bad luck & death over the years. The Brentwood family siblings remain strong. Gideon the pack Alpha is now being forced to mate by the elders to bring strength to the pack. A women he does not like Iona is their choice. Redwood pack submissive Brie Jamenson is his true mate & she has known since age 17. Now she has to convince Gideon they belong. Must read fast paced page turner!! Can not wait to read this complete series. Carrie Ann Ryan is an amazing aurhor!!
