Loved this book. What Rachel and Giovanni wanted was for the best of their nephew but could they come to an agreement. Both were hurt from the untimely death of their siblings. Giovanni has the perfect idea, lets get married if he could only get Rachel would agree. The sexual chemistry is hot between them. They are both very strong willed individuals. Loved the back drop of a romance in Italy. I highly recommend a glass of Proscecco while reading.

His Merciless Marriage Bargain by Jane Porter Rachel Bern and Giovanni Marcello are the main characters. Rachel is raising her nephew Michael after his mom died, Michael is also Giovanni nephew. She needs help with the cost of raising a baby. She goes to Giovanni for help. They argue and then later fall in love. It was a great book. I really enjoyed reading it and would recommend to anyone looking for a good book to read.

After her sister’s untimely death, Rachel Bern is struggling to make ends meet as she plays the role of guardian to her nephew Michael. Desperate for some help, and having received no response in her attempts at reaching the late father’s family, Rachel is left with no other choice than to travel to Venice in hopes that the billionaire Marcello family will lend a hand. But she’s not prepared for the turn of events that happen once she’s there or the heat between her and Giovanni Marcello. And when he shocks her with an offer of his own, to marry, she’s finding it hard to say no. A page turner of epic proportions, I had a hard time setting this book down. And though I rarely reread a book, this one was so good that I may just have to give it a second go round!
