I have to admit that I thoroughly enjoyed reading this delightful and entertaining book, I found the book to be witty and extremely hilarious at times. This book covers: a feisty witch and ghost whisperer with a attitude (Samantha Straeng). A dark angel/demon stunned by Samantha attitude (Captain Horacio Barabossa). A baddie and escapee from hell (Barrackas). What you will find in this book is: drama, intrigue, suspense, humor, Halloween, a feisty witch, a dark angel, a pirate ship, a level of hell, ghosts, abduction, portals, spells, magic, pirates, judges, rage, swords, fighting, a force of spirits, an army of evil, demons, judgement, lust, emotional feelings, love and erotic scenes. The story-line and plot is well thought out and is exceptionally well written. The characters are well developed with personalities and have feelings of needs, lust and desires. I would recommend this book to people who like to read a well written humorous and entertaining book.

Just in time for Halloween comes another installment of the Holidays are Hell series. Trick or Devil is a delightful, funny, romp! You can’t help but enjoy this tale that involves a modern day witch, a Perdition Devil (PD for short) who just happens to be a pirate of old, as well as lots of ghosts and demons to round out the mix. The story will have you laughing at their antics and rooting for a happy ever after outcome! But is that possible with a human witch and a pirate turned devil’s helper? 2 Thumbs Up for another great read by author Sam Cheever. Her Holidays are Hell series is just what we need to keep a smile on our faces during the various holiday seasons! I Highly recommend them all!

These are our characters. Samantha is in the spiritual reading business and a witch. Captain Horacio, also called Race, says he needs her to come with him, because she is the ghost whisperer. Captain Jack (No, it is not Captain Jack Sparrow. This one is a girl.) of the pirate ship has an item needed by our valiant two. Barrackas is filled with rage for his placement in hell. Samantha and Race must find Barrackas before he makes it to earth where he plans to, (cue the dramatic music and the black and orange Halloween lights), Rule The World. Barrackas leads our merry crew on a long and painful journey through the different levels of hell. You will find laughable parts, the sit on the edge of your seat parts, will he finally kiss her parts, and the I can't believe their is no more story parts. (because it's so good you want more.) Be a page turner and find all the parts you like. I volunteered to review this book with using entirely my own opinion.
