Taslicha. Lulusan S1 dan S2 IPB Magister Manajemen dan S3 Ilmu Manajemen Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (UNSOED) Purwokerto. Alumni Pondok Pesantren Darussolihin Bogor. Filsafat Iman dan Filsafat Ilmu Manajemen, SPSS Amos Analisis Model Persamaan Struktural pada Riset Internasional, Sistem Informasi Manajemen, dan karya ilmiah berupa artikel jurnal yang terbit di Quality Access to Success (Terindeks Scopus Q3), Hikmatuna (Sinta 2), IJIBEC (Sinta 2) adalah beberapa dari tulisannya.
