He was a monster that did a dispicable thing to her. She saw him for who he really is, not judging him like the rest of society. Two people from opposite worlds start to fall in love with each other even though they shouldn't. Families get involved, he pushes her away to protect her and in doing so breaks both their hearts. Will they find their way back to each other, who knows as it ended on a cliffy so I'll just be sitting here waiting for the next book of theirs to come. Great read, definitely recommend.

If Julia is writing it, I am reading it. I love Max and how he is with Allie. He is this big, tough, scarred guy, and something in her, calls to him. I loved his protectiveness and devotion to her. He was her savior, even when she didn't know that she needed one. I am looking forward to the next book.

This book is phenomenal! It's full of twist and turns and max will do anything to get answers even kidnapping. What will she find out about her dad? A MUST read.
