The book does bring some interesting thoughts to the table. Being over 50 years old this book does have some dated ideas, ie we understand how the statues on Easter Island walked (look it up). would recommend if you like to question what you've been taught.

Just the begining of the truth!!! Your Stupid to think otherwise. Open your eyes, ears & mind. Think for yourself & take in the fact's.Do your "homework". It's so human to think we're superior to the whole universe. "The only inteligent beings" That's whole lot of bullshit!!! In all the vast of space & time and evedence how could anyone not believe we're alone. "The gouverment dos'nt tell us for a reason". What ever the reason, I believe it must be a "VERY GOOD ONE" THERESA CRULY

Opens you up to think in new, unconventional, original and logical ways. Makes you question all of history and think of all the vast possibilities. A very thoughtfully written piece of art. My favourite of all times. My poor vocabulary and expression will always be unworthy to express this book's true value.

About the author

Erich von Däniken is arguably the most widely read and most-copied nonfiction author in the world. He published his first (and best-known) book, Chariots of the Gods, in 1968. The worldwide best-seller and was followed by 32 more books, including The Eyes of the Sphinx, Twilight of the Gods, History Is Wrong, Evidence of the Gods, and Odyssey of the Gods. His works have been translated into 28 languages and have sold more than 63 million copies. Several have also been made into films. Von Däniken's ideas have been the inspiration for a wide range of TV series, including the History Channel's hit Ancient Aliens. He lives in Switzerland but is an ever-present figure on the international lecture circuit.
