I just cannot fathom the depths of Christ suffering for us. This book should be recommended for all Christians so we know in detail what happened. What we know from the Bible is just 1% of what happened. My faith is affirmed. My Catholic beliefs are affirmed all the more. A wonderful book for Lent. Reading it is in itself a meditation and reflection on the Lord's passion. All praise, honour and glory be with my Saviour and he alone. May Mother Mary be blessed for all that she endured. Truly she was chosen by the Father.
