This is book one in The Rapturous Intent Rock Star Series and it is Trent and Becka's story and what a great start to a new series and definitely a must read. Trent is a famous rock star in the band called Rapturous Intent and even though it was great to be at the top of had it's drawbacks and has made him jaded and he feels like something is missing in his life but doesn't know what it is yet. Becka thought that she had found the man that she would marry only to watch him get engaged to someone else leaving Becka completely heartbroken and devastated by his betrayal. Trent and Becka have known each other since they were going but haven't seen each other for years but when they meet again the easy friendship that they have always had was still there and as Becka works for VibeTV and Trent's band have just signed a contract with and Becka and Trent will be spending more time together as friend's like they used too. The more time that Trent and Becka spend together the stronger there feelings for each other grows but will it be enough for them to have a happy ending with all the complications that is going on in there lives. I absolutely loved this book and I couldn't put it down as it was so well written and addictive and I can't wait to read the next book in this series. I definitely recommend you read this book as it had great characters and a storyline that pulled you in right from the start and it is definitely worth reading. This is an amazing storyline and plot, it's well written and you'll definitely be hooked from the beginning to the end of the book. This was an excellent start to a new series and it's a definitely a must-read! Trent Bridger is a lead singer in the famous rock band Rapturous Intent. Becka Edmonson is working in the PR department for VibeTV. Becka is a smart, kind, and funny person. Trent and Becka have known each other since they were young but haven't seen each other for years; one day they bump into each other and a beautiful friendship begins. But soon they realize they have strong feelings for one another. It was great getting to know about the rest of the band: Miles, Tristan, Kasen, and Robbie. I want to read more about Tristan and if he will ever find love again. I couldn't put this book down! I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend! I can't wait to read the next book in this series! I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.
