I lost 40 lbs over 4 months. I was quite strict following the phase 1 and eating the occasional whole grain in phase 2. I wasn't exercising until recently. Unless you like to cook, I imagine this will be hard to stick with for a long term. This is life changing. I had gained significant weight over the past 6 years. This is something I will stick to for the rest of my life. I feel so much better and my blood work results impressed the doctor.

This diet is easy to stick with. I felt like crap after i cut out most of the carbs from my diet but each day gets better and easier. And in just 4 days i lost 7lbs!

I am a T1 Diabetic and i am constantly trying different diets. With most I only loose 1 or two lb and gain it back right away. With this one Ive lost 6lb and i have not finished phase 1 yet and I was never hungry lol
