I absolutely loved this. I couldn't put it down. I fell in love with the world and the story, and Gabriel and Mila. I can't wait to read the others. The pacing is excellent too, I feel like it's been well crafted and thought through. It doesn't dwell on plot points it doesn't need to. I love how you can see the beginnings of the stories of the other brothers in the first book, it's a great incentive to keep reading the series. It felt like a treat to read, it was so sumptuous and decadent. Gabriel's beach house felt so beautiful, it was as if I'd gone on holiday. The writing is so strong, I just adored spending time here in the story. It was really mindful. With that said, the style could sometimes be gritty too. I'm not usually one for action scenes, but I really got involved in this story and found myself quite enjoying the fight scenes. Also loved the spice 🌶️ so many great scenes! I can't wait to read Rafe and Zaq's stories.

Cute vampire love story. A fast, simple intriguing read that keeps the mind craving more page turners.
